    Just wondering how many of you guys or companies use Salesforce CRM software. I'm joining a new company that uses this and I have no idea how to use it. I have experience with ACT, but I know this is different.........

    this easy to use?

    I use sales force. I was going to take a screenshot of it but it has all our info on it. Go to www.salesforce.com and you can see a demo

    Its pretty straight forward.

    I use ACT!. How could you stand that? It's a resource hog...kind of clunky, too. What I can do in ACT!, I can almost do in Outlook, and Outlook is more integrated with other things (Blackberry, online calendars, etc).
