    If so:

    1) Do you know the current price for 1-lap, 4-lap and 8-lap passes?
    2) Do you have unused or partially used valid Nurburgring 2008 lap tickets that you might sell me?

I will be there next weekend and was thinking of doing an 8-lap pass each day. Between fuel prices, ticket prices, and exchange rates, I am estimating $50 per lap. This is about 40% more expensive than when I last went, in 2006.

It has been a few years since I attended a race and several years since I driven on the track, I have some info that might be helpful.
As you know the laps have gotten very expensive, mostly due to the strong Euro. 8 rounds run about 140 Euro. In US dollars I would say around $210. Driving the legendary "Nordschleife" we name it the "Gruene Hoelle" is an incredible experience.

The cost for gas is astronomical high. A gallon cost you around $9, yes $9 dollars. I am trying to fly home the beginning of Oct to attend the "Ferrari Racing Days". My brother went last year to Hockenheim were the event was held, this year it will be at the Nurburgring. He told me over 1000 Ferrari's attended.
I have a phone number for you, ticket office/info to purchase the rounds and reserve your time, from USA 011-49 2691302620 (of course they speak also English).

Have you ever been to Hockenheim?, they offer different racing schools, intro class 5 hours, 895 Euros, which is about $1400. You get to drive a Formula 1 Racing Car, it's a Opel Lotus. Do you like Michael Schumacher?, you can pretend you are him racing around the track. LOL Thats still one of my to do list, attend one of the classes and feel like Michael!
