I have bought stuff from them 3-4 times. They dont always have what they say they have in stock but every purchase I made from them was handled professionally and shipped promptly. I got an email from them the next day the one time they had to tell me they didn't really have it in stock. So even that was done reasonably well.

No issues with packaging etc. Everything showed up in a reasonable time. I wish they would send shipping numbers etc but... I am spoiled by Amazon and always knowing where that book is as it winds its way to my door.

There's so many parts vendors here in the US, salvage yards too, it would have to be something really rare to make shipping and customs worth the hassle, IMO.

Have you tried a post in the 348 Section with a thread on what you are doing??

    Ricambi USA???

Prices are better than domestic suppliers, even after the freight charges. I place orders online with a followup phone call to make sure about availability. Delivery usually comes in 7 days unless you ask for UPS express. When searching for parts I always include them.

There is certainly nothing wrong with shopping with Daniel at Ricambi. Always good service.

Eurospares is a worthy option though. They did have stuff that Daniel did not... sometimes they are cheaper even with shipping and customs.

I have ordered from Eurospares, Ricambi, Rutlands, and the old Maranello Concessionaires, and certain others (Ferrparts). Each has the best price on various items, sometimes quite a difference, and I have to consider the Canadian dollar, the euro places are more competitive from time to time. I have had great service and experiences with them all, often takes shorter time and costs less to ship from uk to canada than from the us, makes no sense. I am quite amazed at parts availability for my 88 Mondial, glad to have such good choices (yes, for a price, but one gets dulled to this after a while - makes parts for my Saab or my father in laws Jeep seem ridiculously cheap!). I honestly don't worry about parts orders from any of these places, they all seem up to the job.

They have the best prices but not a good service!
I prefer to pay a little bit more and use Patrick from Ferrparts.

I´ve bought lots of parts from them and always fine. To the prices you see you have to add 17.5% V.A.T. + the shipping costs. Then you will have to add your customs taxes if you are not from Europe. So ask before because some of the parts may end up being more expensive than if you purchased them to a US vendor.

Yup, Claudio is indeed the man to look for. Bought numerous parts from them, from windshields to normal wear and tear items. Always no issues.

One other good source for 308s to 355s is Superformance.co.uk. Colin's the man over there. Also tops for service and price.

Bought a new door stop for my Mondial from Eurospares a couple of months ago. I paid just over $100. Shipping was very, very fast.

Not their fault, but a month later someone was breaking apart a Mondial and selling the parts on eBay. The same part is listed for $10 or something like that. Doh!

It's better than it used to be but is still frustrating at times.

I've bought from them a few times, never had any problems even when I made the mistake of ordering the wrong part (used mirror), they took it back without too much fuss.
