    I have been watching this car and the questions to the seller the past few days, and I have a feeling the seller is going to get about what he wants out of it (low to mid 30s).

    The seller is as forthcoming as he can be about it. The car has been sitting 5 years, but does turn over. There lies the rub. Lots of engines can turn over, but 5 years of sitting can really do a nasty bit to those cylinder walls and dry out a ton of seals. Either this car needs a really big major, or a really really big engine out rebuild major. Either way, I can't believe the interest in it is so high considering the price and what it needs. Nice wheels though!

    If you let your Ferrari sits for 5 years you need an "engine out rebuild major"?

    If enough moisture accumulated in the cylinders, possibly.

    The car has been sitting for over 5 years, maybe even 6-7, has a re-spray (original color may have been Rosso Dino). Whoever buys/bought this either has deep pockets or is a very savy DIYer. It may have sold for around 34K but it is likely 10-12K just to get it "up to spec".
