If you like the color, this one didn't look bad. However, I think it's been on the market for a bit, not sure what's wrong (if anything). However, I understand they aren't the best quality, especially when compared the 308/328 series. Factor in the engine-out major, and a good "deal" isn't really one if there's underlying problems. The looks are a little odd too - the 355 really polished up the lines, and returned the traditional round tail lamps - sort of the link to the 308/328.
