If anyone has any experience in this, please share -- did you upgrade or modify to the Mondial 3.2 / T version somehow or installed an electronic (eg Honda) assisted steering rack?
    Please share :p

I think its obvious that he wants it for power assisted steering! I wish my 88 had it but now I've gotten use to it. But I would imagine if I were 15 years older, I would struggle to turn the car for sure...

Good point....pretty sure I will not keep driving my Mondial once it requires more physical strength than I have....but to each their own.

The early Mondials had the big bus driver steering wheel (390 mm) to help leverage those fat front TRXs (240/55VR/390) so there's your solution right there! And it's made by Nardi :)

But then, your already know that Mike and are ahead of the curve ;)

Thanks! Will check out EZ PAS....the car is next to impossible to park in tight corners!
