Anyone driving to the USGP this year?

We are driving again. We may be gluttens for punishment but will most likely be taking the SLK 350 as we have a parking pass in the Mercedes section in Car Corral. Are you taking your Ferrari?? we have a spare parking pass in the Ferrari group (we at one time thought about taking Sophia). We are leaving most likely late Thursday afternoon (always subject to change) as we drive straight thru and plan on swinging by the hotel (depending on departure time) then being downtown mid afternoon. What are you doing??

I just found out I am free that weekend. Let me know if any seat is still available, or we can drive in my E320. Let me know ASAP, cuz I still need a hotel and a ticket to get in.

 

We have an extra Car Corral pass for the Ferrari that we aren't using, should anyone be driving a Ferrari and want to park on the back straight Friday, Saturday and Sunday, PM us. Please note that each passenger must have an event day ticket to gain access to the grounds.

Robert - good luck on finding a reasonably priced hotel room. I tried laterooms.com just to see what they showed and it came up a big zero. However, I did talk to the hotel where we are staying earlier tonight and the person who answered the phone said they did have some rooms (I think alot of places hold a few back). Don't know how much the rate would be as we made our reservations last September at $69/night. You might double check with Will about this too!

 

My friends and I are driving there. We are planning on leaving early Friday morning.

we will be there on the 16th through the 23rd. Hopefully we can get a DFW gathering together.
