Streaming F1 now....screw bathurst!
I was booked to have my defensive/advanced driving course,for Targa Tas, with him the week after that race....
Yep, I watched nearly the entire race and it only got exciting towards the end. I had a nice day overall followed by a little disappointment in the F1. **Go Massa!! ** Lowndes is a legend! What a performance by him. He is my fav! Remember last year's race, last 10 laps left.............MY GOD that was good racing!!!

They should rename the event from the Bathurst 1000 to the Bathurst 20 Lap Sprint. As for the last few years if you are there around lap 140 it just turns into a sprint with the top 5 or 6 cars.
Testament to the better engineering nowadays. Twenty years ago, broken differentials, axles, ruined gearboxes loose wheels etc. It is now a 161 Lap Sprint with Pace Cars every now and again.

Yes, it did look great although for me, Whincup's car looked even better. Just an opinion. Absolutely no doubt which driver is the crowd favourite. Everybody seems to love Craig Lowndes.
I bet.................and I'm jealous to hear this also. Definitely NNTAWWT!! I didn't see ya. But I DID see on the tv some of the biggest bogan's I had ever seen in my life. They interviewed 20 people at one corner of the track when I said to my sister inlaws mate "**** me, look at those inbred looking ****s!!! Farrrrrk meee deaddddddddd!!" My new mate was over visiting/watching some of the race with us (he is a dark skin Kiwi btw) told me they were Kiwi's, he heard them say that at the start of the interview. **I actually think I offended him a little bit when I said that, he wasn't smiling much more after my comments. **
Fixed! He is a legend! I love that guy, met him many times over the years when he visit's Mount Isa and he is always the gentleman. Has time for everyone, always happy to sign crap, talks about anything you want. And he is always smiling!! Great guy and if not champion this year................he will forever be known as the people's champion!
