Anyone else have problems ordering from Sodacom???

That's odd. I bought a key from them on eBay last week and received it a few days later without problem.

 

Email communciation with Dave has been tough lately, but my orders, including some interior parts for my 348 were completed without a hitch. . . quick delivery and the right stuff showed up. Keep trying to reach them, he's got a good rep here and I'd be surprised if he does not make good

 

From my experience, Dave at Sodacom can best be reached after 6 PM via phone...usually. From my understanding, he's been working a day job and taking care of the Sodacom business in the evening until momentum really picks up and he can devote full-time to it. Hope all works out well for you.

Don't blame you for being upset, but I have dealt with them and find them to be good. Maybe try contacting them and giving them another chance?

i ordered some 348 parts from him and was very happy.

 

I ordered some oil filters and he was responsive, honest and helpful.

 

I got some stuff from Sodacom several months ago, and everything was great.

 

Have ordered numerous times from him with absolutely no problem; actually, received an order from him last week. All items were as ordered.

 

Your situation although frustrating seems to be an isolated one. I have ordered many things from Dave and he is honest, diligent and a joy to talk to, maybe he is just having a tough time. I would leave him another message. I'm sure he'll come through for you.

Whoa! I saw Dave last weekend, and he's certainly "on his game". He recently moved his inventory to a new location and I know he was busy getting things straightened out.

Try to contact him via telco again and explain the situation. I've found him to be 100% prompt, honest, courteous, etc.

This is a real coincidence!
I just emailed Dave at Sodacom this afternoon and asked him if I can make a comment on FChat. Then I read this thread.
I just wanted to say that I am very pleased in doing business with him; twice in the past 2 weeks. Not only are his prices great but the service was very quick.
It seems that the other comments here are also favorable. I am sure Jeru's problem can be fixed easily.
Sodacom was great to deal with.
Jeru, I have his other email address and will suggest to him that he read this thread and respond ASAP.

 

Anyone know the best way to search his site?
I've had trouble from day one - am I missing something?
I use the search tool on left side of page but does not work for me...

Just a hint: If you are doing a search in Sodacom's site , you have to hit the search button. Hitting ENTER on you keyboard won't work.

I am sorry to hear about the key blank. I have discovered recently that my supplier is giving me 308 key blanks in boxes marked for 360.
I apologize for this error, and I do want to make it right with you. I will say I haven't received your email, don't know why. But I will let everyone know that Sodacoms has been expanding due to very heave phone and emails. Latterly 100's a day in both areas. So returning all calls and emails has been quite difficult.
