Anyone else see this F12 listed on eBay?

Is this optimism, mis-priced, not converted to US$ (which would still put it at 328K if it is in Canadian dollars).. Some nice options like they daytona's with alcantera inserts, but the price seems stratospheric unless I am missing something...

The price seems to be fair, similar, low mileage 2017 models in Continental Europe are being sold for roughly the same price.

 

They're insane....You could get a 812 for that almost. Most low mileage F12's 2016-2017 are in the mid 300's

 

I cannot find another anywhere for over 300K (USD) so this one is either special, or seller is very optimistic.

 

Went into Dupont Registry and, excluding a 70th Anniversary Edition in NC, there are some F12s above the 300k mark and several others near that.

 

I just paid 285k for a 16 with under 5k on it. 405k MSRP plus a 110k in Novitec upgrades. I feel like I paid way under market on it and would definitely want well over 300k on resale.

 

I can see with those upgrades (and 1 on auto trader) with the Novitec upgrades - more than 300 makes sense. This one was over 400K without any of that...

The dealership has since update the listing (as it was 429K) is now 319, which is still a bit high, but now more in line with reality..
