Sure.

Giotto Bizzarini has a good history with Ferrari but was ousted after the "palace revolution" together with most other Ferrari engineers.

Bizzarini was the chief engineer that stood at the cradle of the now famous 250 GTO. He and Signore Scaglietti are responsible for the body design as well.

Which Bizza are you referring to? The Strada?

Gorgeous car IMHO (but that is a matter of taste of course).

BTW, there are quite a few more than just 3 Bizza's in the world.

There's more than 3 Bizzirini's
Some are spectacular examples of vintage 'sports car/racer' from golden years.
I saw a mid-engined open car at Pebble Beach 20 years ago, and still have drool problems.
I have heard/read (I could be wrong) that Mr. Bizzirini (note spelling) did some engine design work for Mr. Lamborghini in the early years of that marque.

 

He designed the 4.0 V12 for the Miura.

If I recall it correctly from Rob de la Rive Box's book "Mag het een Ferrari zijn" (STILL haven't found a copy of it, even De Slegte doesn't have it!), Rob had a customer in Scandinavia ( most probably Sweden - fainting memory!), that collected Bizzarini's and would buy every Bizza that Rob could lay his hands on and simply drive them to Sweden.

Anybody any idea who that was and where the cars are now?

 

I do not know the Bizzarini models well however I do know one when I see it. Back in May, I was at Monza for a vintage car race and saw three of them pulling in to the main gates. Two were being driven and they were sandwitching a third that was being flatbedded in. Sorry guys no pics of this one.

The Bizzarini is a slight derivitive of the Iso Grifo. I believe the Iso Grifo A3C is what became the Bizzarini.
