Love the period look this antenna imparts on my car.
But, its got to go. No concours judge would approve.
So, its got to go, however the glue is wayyyy potent.
I am thinking WD 40 let it sit then try some fishing mono to slip under it.

Anyone been here before with suggestions?
    Thanks in advance.

I would heat it up as hot as you can with a heat gun then try a steel scraper or a razor blade (neither will scratch glass). I've heard dental floss is the best way to get emblems off of a car so maybe it would work for this too. The dental floss is pulled back and forth in sawing motion.
    Keep us posted!

My advice is to slow down. First try to determine how it is attached. If using heat be gentle. You do not want to delaminate the glass if that is a possibility. If it is held by cyanoacrylate { crazy glue} acetone might slowly desolve it.I might also try and place it under mild tension via an elastic of some sort and drip the solvent of choice around the edge as it hopefully starts to lift. Good luck, Mike
