    Hey Guys,

    Might have found a car.

If the seller agrees, I might want to institute an ESCROW.

Does anyone have any experience with this sort of transaction?

If so, can you recommend a local business?

Unfortunately, due to the car’s location, I can’t go look at it (I know, I should), since I cannot, I’d like to enter into an Escrow where both parties are protected in the event the car is not up to expectations.

The car is advertised as an extremely low mile well preserved example several, several pictures to match

Please let me know of you thoughts and/or experiences.

    Thanks, Chris.

    hi chris,

i am a car dealer and sell alot of high-end cars and exotics. here is what you do.

    1) have the car inspected at the local authorized ferrari dealer
    2) run a carfax on the car
    3) get a copy of the title

    and finally

    4) you can use escrow.com i have used them and they were very fair, they will hold your money, until you recieve the car, and wont let the seller recieve the money until you give your permission. this guarantees the seller the money is good, and guarantees you that you are recieving the car.

let me know if you have any further questions.
by the way, what is it that you are buying ???

    thanks, jake
