Anyone familiar with the Patent BAR exam?

    Hey everyone

    It will soon be time to finish up my first year in law school and I am debating taking the summer off and spending the time on studying for the patent bar and trying to pass it before the summer is over. This gives me the opportunity to hopefully work somewhere my second summer and study for the actually bar after I graduate.

    My question is if anyone has taken or studied for the patent bar. Have you taken any review courses and how useful were they. What review course would you recommend. Do you suggest doing this early on so as to leave a lot of time for the multi-state bar review or holding off until I am done with school. Is this something that might influence potential employers for a summer internship who would see that I have passed the patent bar (if I do pass it) by the time the second summer rolls around. Or any other general tips any of you may have.

    Also if anyone here actually is involved with IP law. How do you like it.
