Ferrari forever !

A man´s mummified corpse behind the wheel of a red Ferrari.....

That will sound to most people like a crazy off-the-wall idea. But it is no less than Marco Evaristti's latest project. Just about every day of our lives we have an experience of death. If not exactly in reality, at least in the media. We have a curiosity about death, not only because it comes when least expected, but because it can be violent. To place death in a new framework - to make art out of it, you could say - makes it easier for us to come to terms with it. Rather than crumbling away, it is an old boyhood dream, to earn an eternal place behind the wheel of a Ferrari - a privilege only very few of us are granted in our actual lives.

Marco Evaristti is searchning for a person on the verge of death, who wants to donate his body.

Art should be either attractive, groundbreaking, or technically impressive. This is supposed to be the 2nd, but it's not. The rapper dude with the Lambo beat this guy to the punch. Or, the old broad (dude?) who was buried in their Ferrari and encased in concrete has this dude beat by a loooong shot.
