I was wondering if anyone is watching ferrarichat is from Greece ? I Know that many people in Greece love ferrari's but here is very dificult to own and maintaine one because there is only one dealer here in Athens
Hi Welcome to Fchat! There are indeed some Greek members. I expect that they will react to this thread. But please first fill out your profile so that we know who we are talking to. Ton
Thanks Costas, I know two Greek members. One is on a boat in the caribbean. I believe that both their names are Yiannis. Enjoy!
Thats right, Capt'n Yiannis - he usaly hang around on the Bonkers thread, but we havent seen him for about 3-4 weeks!
Yassou Costas! I don't live in Greece, but I saw my most favorite Ferrari of all time in Athens on Kiffisias Avenue driving out of town. It was a dark blue (Tour de France?) 360 spider with tan interior - beautiful!! We just sold some helicopters to the Hellenic Ministry of Defence, so I'm in Athens about once per month. Wow, I will not tell you what "kale nicht" means in Dutch! A Blue 360 spider with tan is absolutely one of my favourites as well.

Me too!. I am greek but live in London. I go to Greece every couple of weeks though. Thinking about buying and bringing a new 430 spyder to Athens but I think that's probably not a good idea(dealer support and roads probably not conducive!-London is bad enough for my CS!) Let me know if you need any assistance. Alex
Costa, I am from Greece too and live in London. Stradman, Nice to see another greek in the UK forum ! Hopefully we meet up in some forthcoming gathering Philip
I am From Greece and I live in Athens (p.Faliro) I am ready now to but from europe a F430. I used to have till now 3 porsche. Nice to meet you all.
Hi to all ! I live in Athens and I recently got a 360 Modena (with the best combination of colors and options, in my opinion, rosso corsa / blk interior, manual 6-sp, scuderia shields, red calipers, electric seats, challenge grill). We recently formed the Official Ferrari Owners Club of Hellas and if anyone is interested contact me with a private message for further details, or just to get together with our cars for a drive. These days that most Athenians are gone it is the best time to enjoy our cars... No traffic, beautiful weather ... Can't resist, on my way for a drive !!! MD
Owners of other high performance cars, ex. 911, M3, Maserati, Lotus, etc. are welcome as well... If you can keep up ! Let's just arrange a nice drive ! MD
ki egw ELLHNAS eimai! but i currently study Egyptology @ A.U.C. in Cairo, Egypt. sorry gia ta agglika alla i hate greeklish.
There was also a Fchatter from Greece who worked on a cruise ship....we were going to meet as they visited Galveston Texas.... But we had schedule conflicts.....welcome!
I'm in Cyprus and if you want to take a trip down here the dealers do excellent work ... they all have Ferrari certified mechanics from the UK. I can't believe you have only one dealer in Athens ... we have like 2 or 3 in Nicosia alone. Well not dealers per say but Ferrari authorized service centers. The one I'm using has excellent service and very reasonable prices ... clutch kit, release bearing, and clutch sensor for my 360 cost like 2500 Euro. They have 2 certified mechanics, all the diagnostic software, even the one for the California ... SD4 I think ... not sure. They would even run a diagnostic test, top up all fluids etc whenever I feel like passing from there free of charge ... of course it includes a frappe or capuccino while you wait
