anyone fly at west houston airport?

anyone on here fly at this airport? if so why dont you invite me along for rides whenever you go out flying? i had a friend that owned a 1975 tigre traveler rode with him to cxo then to sgr was a lot of fun but he moved and now dont have anyone to hang out at the airport. i fly models i got a 1/4 scale cub with a 1.60 size flat twin engine four stoke sounds like a harley at idle! but i really want to be a pilot and im stuck in a rut not knowing what to do without risking my nest egg(savings account).
