Anyone for a run to WWoC Thursday 1/13?

Sounds like you're taking the long scenic route my friend.

If you decide to come over the GWB then I can meet you guys on the other side...if not, then I'll meet ya at WWoC.

 

Trying to avoid the X-Bronx at all costs, besides, Map Point says this is the most direct route, hey get up earlier we'll be there by 9AM.

 

I hear ya on that. I hate the X-Bronx Pothole Expressway...I'll be up, no worries on that. Just trying to be realistic on time...but then again this is the early riser group! See ya in the morning...I'll just head over there from here.

 

At this point, I'd like to be included in your pre- WWoC run. reasonsable?

It sounds as if the LI group is taking the "north route" while I'm here in Ridgewood just moments away from WWoC. My buddy Mike is in as well and he'll be coming from Edgewater so the question now becomes how is Geoff going to get to one of us? I can always pick him up from the Ridgewood or Ho Ho Kus train station, but I'll leave that up to him. I'll be at WWoC between 9-9:15am...as for a pre-run, I don't think it's going to come together unless you have a specific route in mind for a select group of us? We will have a post-run to grab some grub most likely.

 

First of all, you DO NOT want to go to any of the above mentioned towns. They're completely out of the way and some are well...kinda shady. ;-)

Here is what you should do. Head over to Penn Station and catch the 1707 on the Main Line/Bergen County Line to Ridgewood. It leaves at 714am and arrives in Ridgewood at 8:07am (Sat Schedule so a little slower than normal). I'll be there to pick you up...

You posted while I was writing about connecting in Ridgewood...so let me know your thoughts. It is definitely an early morning for ya, but I'll be happy to pick you up. Maybe one of the LI guys is heading back through the city on the way home? Mike in the Boxster may be able to drop you off at the ferry? Then again, it's the same thing as taking the train back to Penn by the time you are said and done.

If arrangements haven't bee made by later tonight, I'll pop by & pick you up. figure around 8:15-8:30 so we should make WWoC by 9:15. Eric, maybe we could hook-up at the palisades gas station sans Meathead for a run to WWoC?

 

I may be down for that. Just want to launder the 993 in the morning before I take off. Let's touch base by the end of tonight to firm everything up...
