Lunch tomorrow (thursday) sounds good to me. Matt? Gary?

    Suggestions on location?

Luke - haven't seen it. Debating on whether it's worth going given the past two. I suppose it is. People seem to like it in general.

personally, i got me a craving for some indian food.
Clay Oven in downtown San Mateo, or the indian bistro (Saffron?) on the corner of San Carlos Ave and El Camino.

Coordinated parking in downtown SM is not trivial. You could, theoretically, all park at the top of the structure that runs across 3 blocks together, but that's suspect at best.

Besides, if you're in downtown SM, why would you EVER do anything but go to sushi sam's? :D

Never been to Saffron. There's also a place off of 84 / El Camino good (Suraj) - parking won't be an issue, and then there's always Amber India in Mtn View.

Ooh ooh I had a thought - if you want "arabic" food, perhaps Iranian will do? There's a *kick-ass* place called Shalizaar on 25th just west of El Camino in San Mateo... actually closer to El Camino than the italian place we went to last time?

Love the Persian delicacies. Let's do Shalizaar this Thursday ! Let's just get one thing clear, though. I am buying Dan's lunch.

Cmon boys, where's the rest of the group?

Luke - kind of you but wholly unnecessary. I very much appreciate the thought.

What time works for you and Steve?

    --Dan

PS: Steve - bring the daytona. PLEAAAAAASE. PRETTY PLEASE!

I've never done anything with the Fchat crew, but I do enjoy the occassional mediteranian food and work near San Mateo. I would be bringing the Sentra - maybe you were wondering if you could get a ride in it - I don't know. ;)

I'm going to have to bail today - I have a meeting at one. That doesn't give me much time for lunch...

See you then. I think I also will also make another trip to Sears Point on Saturday afternoon as well as Sunday morning with you guys - I want lounge around the paddock tomorrow and see the old cars. I really love old racing cars.

This gives me the freedom to concentrate on the races only on Sunday. :)
