Anyone get the LG Voyager yet

    I am a die hard Verizon customer, as their idea of customer service leaves a lot to be desired, but they have the only network in my area that dosen't seem to drop every other call. I was tempted to get an I-phone several months back as my contract with VZW has expired and I am now 'month to month' with them as I need a phone that I can get email and mobile web access as well as text messages on (I'll admit that I like the touch screen on the I-phone too). Along comes the Voyager. This seems to fit the bill without me having to switch over to AT&T. Problem is that the last LG phone that I had I hated. The menus were complicated, the phone was bulky and the battery life sucked. Does anyone here have any personal experiences with this new phone. What's the battery life like, how hard is it to use, what's it feel like on your belt etc. I have tried to get my hands on it at the local VZW store to play with it a bit, but there are always 4 or 5 14 year olds crowded around it playing with it. :(

    Check out howardforums.com. Go to the Verizon>LG Section and there is enough info to keep your mind content for hours.

    It's gotten quite good reviews it seems. Of course being a new phone, it has some issues. But nothing to warrant against getting one. About the browser. Some have said it's a little slow, some have no complaints. Battery life seems to be good for most.

    I just picked up the Venus 2 weeks ago. I used it on an occasional basis and got almost a full week out of it. I've always had good luck with LG phones though.

    Go to the store to check it out. I'm thinking about stopping by today just to decide if I should upgrade to the voyager or not. I really don't need it, but eh worth a look.

    I think some hot phones are just around the corner. I'm surprised this comes with a 2mp camera when there are 5mp phones out there. Most of the latest-greatest don't hit the USA for awhile. Some, not at all because they are so linked with deals from the carriers. I think this is about to change...
