Is anyone from LI/ NY / NJ Goin up to the Poconos this weekend for Le Bella Macchina concourse and track event. I will be driving up on Friday if people are interested in driving up together.
Hey I was thinking of going around that time as well. Do you think that's too late? I'm picking up my car around that time. I was going to head out after that. Maybe I'll try to get my car on Friday instead. What time do the start to clear out over there?
I've never been to it before so can't speak from experience, but I get a sense that people are there with their cars through the late afternoon. It's about a 1.5 hour drive from Northern NJ, so even if you get there by noon there'll be a ton of time to gawk.
I went to the show last year, definitely worth it, especially this year with Benny's collection on display!! The show starts late AM i believe and cars are constantly showing up throughout the day!

Does anyone have details on the tribute they are doing to Benny? Are they just displaying some of his cars, or is there more to it? We've been trying to get more info but not many people know if there are more details yet... We're heading up Sunday, hopefully something is going on Sunday night. Will have the 355ch there on monday...finally testing the Ohlins.
Displaying FXX, Zonda, Enzo, Diablo GTR, 288GTO, F50, F40, and MC12 on Sat. Doubt anyone will track his cars on sunday =/
Do you guys know if you need to reserve a spot in advance for this event - or- you can just simply drive up there as a spectator, park the car and go in, look around at cars, have lunch, return home in the evening? Thanks for any info - Mike.
I am on the same boat , I understand the Concours are open to the public but I am not sure where it is held , The site simply says 'The South lawn" A friend of mine told me that the Concours are at the Skytop Lounge but I understand it to be at the raceway Sat 9am Anyone with any info please help . Thank you .

I'll probably be heading out from Edgwater at 8:00am to catch the concours. There's always phenomenal cars there and I regret missing the last two years.
I will take the Countach. See you all there. I"m heading up on Saturday morning. Will stay for the dinner and then head back either Sat night or early Sunday morning. Doing the RCDolner drive on Sunday.

I hooked up with Hovik's crew for the drive out there. Very few police. Wonderful PA roads. Bright, sunny day if not a bit hot. Saw lots of friendly faces. Weather looks ok for tomorrow, but crappy for Monday...sucks we're only planning to come meet up with our racecar on monday...weather is always funky at Poconos, lets hope it holds out for most of the day monday - we're only bringing slicks.
