I think Frank means JosT Van Dyke, not Josh. I'm not sure who Josh is.

Frank, look for my hat in the rafters of the most-forward roof, right by the beach. I put it there in May.

For you non-BVI speakers, JVD is a small island in the British Virgin Islands, off the coast of St. John. You can only get to it by boat and it only has one road. It's a well known party island with Foxys on one end, and the Soggy Dollar Bar on the other. The Soggy Dollar is appropriately named, the only access to the bar requires you to swim in from the beach.

    For tomorrows lesson......

I meant Jost van Dyke , which is a small island in the British Virgin Islands. Foxy's is a world renown bar/restaurant there that has become famous for its Halloween and New Years Eve(a/k/a Old Years) party every year. My wife and I along with four other couples will be staying at Ivan's cabins http://www.caribbeaninspired.com/caribbean/photos/jost-van-dyke.htm on Jost van Dyke from 12-30-05 through 1-1-06 and then be sailing around the BVIs through 1-7-06. We have been there on several occasions and had a blast each time! If any other FChatters will be in the area, we need to get together for a libation or two... http://www.foxysbar.com/oldyears.html

It is a beautiful island in the BVIs and the port of entry for boats in British waters. I haven't spent much time on it except for grabbing a beer in town and hanging around a small beach. We docked to get our papers. It's small.........

I'm going to have to pass on the BVI this year since we made plans to be in DFW. Looks like I won't be able to meet up in NOLA either, but will probably be at one of the LV events next Spring, if this whole thing between PD's SR and the new EC ever gets resolved and there is one clear event.
