The "trunk" in our 355, and a lot of other Ferraris, is pretty small. With luggage for two and some other things I'm not sure there's room for a helmet, let alone collapsible chairs for the Concours.

If anyone is trailering their car, or just going up in a non-Ferrari, and has space for a helmet and a couple of chairs, please let me know. I'm in Vienna and can certainly travel (reasonable distance) to you.

    TIA
    Stan

Stan, we have the same issue in our 458.
I'm looking into shipping a box to the hotel in advance.

Not sure what a box big enough to hold 2 helmets and 2 folding chairs would cost to ship from VA to Corning, NY.
I assume it would be shipped using either UPS or FedEx.

Anybody do this for a different trip?
    Did everything work out okay?

I ended up shipping a box with UPS for our racetrack gear (helmets, racing suits, racing shoes, etc.).
UPS put it in one big box, about 30" x 30" in size.
It was filled with about one-third of the box with plastic air bubble sheets.

The box was waiting for us at the front desk when we got to the Radisson Hotel in Corning, NY.
It only took 2 days to get there.
So, the trip up to Corning NY worked out great.

For the trip home, I repacked the box and took it to the front desk.
Turns out, the UPS Store is only 1.5 blocks away from the hotel, so UPS does not pick up at the hotel.

I decided to take the box myself to the UPS Store in my 458.
I wasn't sure it was going to fit, but my backup plan was to borrow a dolly from the hotel and walk the box over to the UPS Store, if I had to.
The box barely fit in the passenger's seat of my car.
So, I was able to drive it over.

I don't think you could get a bigger box into a 458 hardtop car. :)
    Here are a few pics.
