A hood? Seems Italy is taking its own sweet time to send me one and I WANT IT NOW!!!! ( Cue winning ) Also I need some new shields for the sides!!!! Thanks!!!!
Second that - Michael usually has bits around. He has a burned 355 and the hood may be good from that. The cabin intake vent is different but the rest is the same, I think. Cheers Kevin
By "hood", I assume you mean the front trunk lid. Just out of curiosity, is Ferrari NA saying that there are no front trunk lids in stock at the national warehouse or at any franchised dealership in the country? It has to come out of Italy? If your car is being repaired under an insurance claim, surely you wouldn't be satisfied with a secondhand lid, would you? As a fellow 348 owner, I'm just wondering how bad their stock could be on body repair parts. I went through a similar disaster just coming up with a new windshield for mine a couple of years ago.
"They" tell me one is on the way but it is not here yet. Every thing else is however. At this point i just want my baby back!!!!
John.... get that baby put back together!! You could have flown to Italy, mined the ore, banged the hood shape, primed, painted, waxed it within an inch of its life, then flown back to NC by now. We need to see you for the end-of-year banquet in Chapel Hill !
