You guys in TX probably have rabbits running around everywhere Here in the city, they are less common I guess. Would you believe a frickin' rabbit cost around $150. Of course I got the Rabbit starter pack with the cage, wheel, food, etc. The kids love the thing. They named it Noel, because they got it on XMas And it's self maintaining. The rabbit craps on the floor. Then the dog eats the rabbit crap and poops outside. The circle of life is complete! now if only I could find some sort of bird that would eat the dog crap and poop elsewhere, we'd have a nice little ecosystem going.
Well, I'm actually putting their Dad's name on it. I don't care about the $$ so much, and despite his (numerous) flaws, he's still their dad... so I'll grin and bear it and let them be ecstatic that Dad came through for them. I'll tell them the truth when they are in their early 20's and I want to date their hot friends

So, how did the party go? I hope the girls were pleasantly surprised. We built the building over the last two years and moved in last summer. It was a long time coming and we are very pleased with the result. Holly (the secretary) is pretty easy on the eyes too.
Party went great! The kids were all playing Wii most of the day, then that night the adults got their shot I'll have to catch up with you sometime in the near future... our lease is up in 2 years and we're looking at land in NH to buy and build a building, probably similar in size to yours but I'm not too sure who to trust as a GC and supplier for job. And tell Holly we're always hiring if she wants a change
