My friend near me has 360 with the wheel. If that helps you Ill get some pics of how his is installed.
Here are the pics of it installed in my friends 360 Included a pic of the owners manual showing how it sits and is strapped in. There are two rests for it front and back of the trunk. In your pic of the parts, the longer flatter one is mounted on the back wall. The smaller one is on the front wall. The straps go under the rests and are riveted to them and simple buckle the tire in. My friends straps were dried out and brittle (2003 360) so he went to the pet store and made new straps out of leather dog collars that look very good. The orange colored one on the bench is what is left of the OEM strap. In his car, the PO installed a floor amp in the trunk under a custom false floor and the front rest has been moved from the original location, but you get the idea. The V shaped strap in the owners manual pic was just something to hold the owners manual pouch. It was missing in his car. Hope this helps.
