    He has shut down his account and has a couple G`s of mine for a car part. He operates out of Las Vegas I think...does Bentley, lambo, bmw parts and body parts.

    Not unless you proved intent to never provide the part at the time of receipt. More likely is that it's a civil lawsuit matter.
