Anyone have experience with Video Business Cards?

I've been seeing more and more about these lately but all google searches I do come up with companies who don't give quotes unless you give them lots of information so they can continue to call you for months. I was just wondering if any of you fellow business owners have any experience with any companies that deliver video business cards and a quote per card for say 1K or 5K. I have a video that is about 4:30 and I would basically just want this card to be delivered to prospective clients. Thanks again.
