The facility is fantastic for oggling and I'm getting good at reattaching my jaw after it falls off, but does anyone have first-hand experience with their work?

A number of people a work have used them for various cars, none of them Ferrari. Some suspension work on a Fiat, and a bunch of go fast mods on Suburus and Audis.
    Everyone seems to be pleased.

They're terrific. Originally founded by John Geils, Bob Gett and Andy Funk have taken this thing to the top level. They can be trusted.

I called them to have a clear bra install done and the guy who answered the phone basically blew me off. I think he was an owner.

    I'll never call again

I e-mailed them with a carb question a couple years ago, specifically about having them synch my carbs. They took the initiative to pick up the phone and call me to discuss the issue. I thought that was outstanding. The most incredible part is that the guy who called explained to me what was wrong with the carbs and told me how to fix it myself so I didn't need to pay them to do it. Most shops try to sell you more than you need, not actually try to do what's best for you. Because of that alone, I have always respected them.

I since learned how to synch carbs and have become quite proficient at it, but they gave me the confidence to dig in and do it myself.

They have some incredible people over there. Just go look at some of the projects they are working on.

Have used KTR for quite a bit of work on the Fcar including a major (belts and all), new suspension, new clutch cable, etc. So far so good, though the hours it takes to do some jobs seem to add up quite a bit. Excellent work and quality and they appear to really KNOW the cars and how to properly fix them.

I also called for some info. I get the girl that answered the phone she had no clue what i wanted, i ask if they do the the belt job on ferrari, so she gets me a mechanic, he didn't sound to excited to talk. I have to talk to Andy and he's gone for a week. They do some kind of racing events thats why there finish time takes so long. So i will call Andy when i get some time. I'll let you know how that goes.

Like most businesses the person that answers the telephone is not the person you may need to speak to. KTR does indeed do a considerable amount of racing and Andy does travel alot. Jim Burns has been there some 18 years and he is very good and knowledgable. Email is also a good alternative. I know Andrew checks it several times per day and can respond in a calmer environment. [email protected]. I also heard they had a new guy working there that is good with Ferraris.

Thanks for all of the replies.

I do have some experience with them with Audis and Subarus, but was under the impression that the two sections were run fairly independently of each other. I had also heard vague good things about KTR, so I figured I'd ask the people who would know best: You.

    Again, thanks for the replies.

Andrew is there as i spoke with him yesterday and hope to pick up the 308 tomorrow (thursday) early morning. Andrew seemed a bit tired, probably from all the hard work he does with travelling/track support. This time of year it seems everyone is tracking or race prepping so am sure the place is hopping busy.
