Pictures of a Rosso Coburn F Car that does not have any type of PPF on it? I’m trying to gauge the shine and depth of the paint without any films on it.

    Thanks in advance.

The triple reds are really hard to capture.

Very light source dependant, both in terms of how they look in real life and how a camera catches them.

Many pics you'll find have filters and adjustments, which also doesn't help.

Best bet is a colour sample..... or a trip down to your local Mazda garage :p

Edit to add that the shine is amazing on them all.

I've had Fuoco, highly changeable, probably more so than either Magma (very vibrant), or Coburn.

Coburn is a great choice, which I'd take if I go triple-red again.

Thanks. I have not seen Coburn in real life but I wanted a darker red with no orange or copper undertones. Let’s home I made the right choice

I think you will be very happy, that’s exactly Coburn.

IMO Coburn has certainly lost its flavour due to Mazda.

Its Mazdas most favourable colour . That's all we see down here. It would be interesting to see a Coburn near a Mazda but somehow I doubt anyone with Coburn would do that if you know what I mean.

People say resale red but fact is its not the 1980's and seeing an actual red car on the road is rare.

I have not but I’m hoping that it is a bit darker and more ‘lively’.

I know, we have discussed this already. However, it still is a beautiful color.

impossible to capture true color and tint and people see it as the color truly is. The viewing monitor, tv, iPad, iPhone etc all have various color and tint differences. To see the true color and depth of pint and anything for that matter has to be seen in person.

I have actually. I chose Coburn for the SF90 and I was actually considering having Ferrari do Soul Red. I had two paint frogs made and on those thery were very different. Coburn is a lot more subdued where Soul is a lot more "discoball". Coburn is also a bit darker. Not sure I can think of a Ferrari red that is like Soul. Magma is kinda close as it is also full on bowling ball glitter metallic, but like Coburn a bit darker. To me Soul would be a bit like Maranello with the metallic flake of Magma.

I don't have the frogs any more, so can't get a photo of those unfortunately.

Check out Rosso Magma. Coburn is not that lively. Magma is a very nice red with little to no orange, and super vibrant. I might choose that for the F8 instead of Fuoco.

Yes its a great colour ! My comment really is about standing out. I see the Mazda's everywhere. Never been a trip I didn't see at least 10 and that's a short trip.

I will say it would have been great if Mazda didn't have this colour . I believe Nissan does also and last look I was told the Koreans cars will also.

Today in 2021 a red car stands out .

Seen a Lamborghini Aventador in Rosso Magma. Absolutely awesome. Just couldn't believe the price difference between Lamborghini and Ferrari.
