    In their FAQ:

    Where is the company located?
The company is incorporated in Costa Rica, but due to the internet we are available everywhere.

$50 worth of content management software + 4 hours of customization and voila - you too can sell expensive raffle tickets for pictures of cars you downloaded off the internet.

hey, it might be real, and either way you've got almost as good a chance at winning a car in a legitimate lottery anyhoo, so may as well pass your money along so someone else can buy a dream car.

Let's not forget the con artist selling raffle tickets here last year, for the 'humane society.'

I've been thinking of doing exactly this as a business idea I was going to give a shot later in life... Figured the easiest way to do it was to incorporate outside of America because you can't really do raffles in America unless they are for fundraising for a charity. Looked like an easy way to either make some cash or lose almost nothing. Don't promise a specific color/options, only hold the actual raffle if you sell enough tickets to make a minimum profit and if you don't reach that point within a a reasonable amount of time you just refund the money and don't purchase the vechicle you were raffling.

Anyway here is the result of a who is of the domain name.

Yeah, one of the first things I noticed was that they were in costa rica, that sent up a red flag. Seems the general concensus is that it's probably a scam?
