Anyone Here Live Near And Do Business With Forza in CT?

Looking to save a trip to CT if I can. PM me if you live close.

Also I'd like to know who to talk to there as I'm looking into a car there as well as how they are to do business with and how good their reputation is.

 

I purchased my 308 gtb from Peter Sweeney (Forza) in CT about 18 months
ago. He represented the car fairly (it had some cosmetic and minor mechanical issues) and was very easy to deal with. It seemed like pretty
much a one person operation, but he has been buying and selling exotic
cars for years and has a good reputation.
I had a ppi done by Bill Pollard of Auto Sport which is in the same town. I
would recommend him also.

 

Although I have never done business with Peter, I've heard the same thing dwil mentioned from others as well. Straight shooter in regards to the cars and not a 'saleman' kind of person.

I did call him on a GTB he had there about two years ago and he was very straight forward and not pushy at all. If he had a car I wanted I would not hesitate to buy one from him.

 

I do not live near by (in fact I'm on the left coast). However, I dealt with Peter and Bill Pollard about a year or two ago. I was looking to buy a Maserati Ghibli at the time that Peter had. Peter represented the car OK. He does have a one person operation. Call him ahead of time to make sure he is in.

Bill Pollard is in the same complex. Bill is a good mechanic. He did the PPI on the car and in fact, I stopped him before he was completely finished, given some issues that he had uncovered on that particular car. I would not hesitate to have him work on one of my cars or do another PPI.

I have bought several cars from Peter at Forza, and have been using Bill Pollard as my mechanic for all of them for close to ten years.

Peter is my absolute first choice to buy a car from - bar none - honest and reliable - as good as it gets - and Bill will do a more thorough PPI than anyone in the industry. Could not ask for more on either front.

In fact, Peter located my newly purchased 365BB for me, and I am very happy with the car and deal.
