After a turn of events, I find myself "gainfully unemployed" and looking. My last 8 years have been in bank lending/sales. Anybody out there know of someone looking for a top producer? I was #1 one in my region (the whole DFW area) all last year, #5 in the state, and top 2% for the nation with the previous bank I worked for & have ranking results to prove it. I did: home purchase lending and refinancing, home equity lines of credit, personal and business loans, personal and business new accounts, and new staff training & development. I seem to be finding many places that are in a "hiring freeze" or they simply do not want to pay for an experienced lender (my salary/earnings expectations are not outlandish).
