    Hey guys, well here i am in Edison. Me and my family are visiting my grandmother here and are in till friday. We do not really have much to do except for planting a few plants for my grandmother and going out to eat with friends. So i was wondering if there are any guys here who would like to show me and my father their cars. I am planning on taking a little trip down to The ferrari dealership to see what they have but as the salesmen are never nice to you unless you pretend to be a millionaire (if your not, my case) i thought maybe some cool guys would like to have a nice little chat about cars. Sadly, we were not able to bring my dads "pride and joy" (dont get excited yet)... his Volkswagen EuroVan because its transmission needed to be replaced (after 90k miles)... $6k... we were angry. So we are driving my grandmothers Saturn Vue which if it holds up is a nice little car that gets 27MPG going 70 mph! We were surprised. Anyways, me and my father are huge car guys that love to talk to anyone with or without a ferrari!

    If your talking about Ferrari/Maserati in Edison, I remember many members praising their courtesy. Never went there but I'm sure they wouldnt be mean to you. Give them a call if anything. It is a business and they are there for sales so...I wouldnt expect a red-star carpet treatment.

    Check out Ferrari of Central NJ & Seek out Chris Miele an incredibly nice guy & the sales manager.
    Call Classic Coach & ask if you can check out their facility in Elizabeth. Frank always has amazing cars on hand.
    Lastly, if your up for a drive, The Bear mountain car show Wed night (6-9) has hundreds of cars, mainly american muscle, but some exotics & antiques. 500 cars turning out is not unusual. I've been there when there was over 800 & 300 motorcycles.

    Clyde hit the nail on the head. All the things that he mentioned are worth doing. Ferrari of Central NJ has cars but Classic Coach has CARS! Always impressed at CC.

    Make sure you call the dealership first, ask to speak to Chris Miele, and let him know you're a ferrarichat guy and you just want to stop by and say hello. You'll be better off than if you just show up, since you never know if it's going to be a busy day there and obviously no intentional offense to you, but if it's busy and there are paying customers there, they're going to pay less attention to you (there are only 2 - 3 salespeople at that dealership, so nobody sits around twiddling their thumbs ever).

    just gave him a call. Told him ile be over tomorrow early afternoon. I am excited to go over and check it out. Hopefully they will have some super exotic cars. MC12 anyonne? haha but i must not get my hopes up.

    CC is Classic Coach and that is in Elizabeth which is 30 minutes North of Edison.

    just got back from the dealership. Man did they change my opinion on ferrari dealerships. I mean sure i got a few bad looks from a guy but i dont care. I talked to two guys 1 was chris (who btw seemed like a great guy) and another sales guy who was really cool. We talked for like 20 mins about ferraris and such. Seemed like great guys. Plus... it was AWESOME. I walk in and i see these two sweet cars in the middle. Both scuds! 1 yellow and 1 black with charcoal stripe. They looked SICK! I also saw a BUNCH of 430's, fioranos and a scaglietti and such. It was AWESOME. But the best feeling in the world.. i walk outside to leave and i catch a glimpse of a wing. So i stop and walk (more of a run actually) over to it. It was AWESOME... it was a red f40. Never seen one before. So i call up todd helme of bella macchina in orlando and we start talking about it. He is probably the only 1 who has done donuts in snow with one of them :). In a few years (im aiming by the time im 25) i will have owned my 1st ferrari. Im aiming for a 360. Then after that... im buying my 1st new 1. Guna pick it up from the factory in italy and tour italy in it with my girlfriend/wife at the time. Maybe even pop the question. Who knows... its a long way off. But one day... i WILL own 1!

    Thanks chris for speaking with me the very short time we spoke. I wish i could've stayed to see the owners face light up when he saw it! Everytime i come back to Edison to visit my grandma i will come and see you guys!

    yea! 2 scuds (both were sold tho). 2 f430 spiders (one black, 1 red and 1 that i believe was silverstone grigio?). 3 599 fiorano's. 1 scaglietti (sold). then there was an f40 that was being serviced i believe. Man was that amazing! And then just maserati's.

    Chris is the man. He designed that Scuderia and got the factory to do a few interesting things to it including the red center caps and some "funky" stitching. I'm taking it on it's first run this weekend... :)

    So its yours? I believe chris said the owner was coming over today to pick it up. HOW IS IT!? That thing is SOOOOO amazing! There isn't much i wouldn't do to own that car.... need some "light work" taken care of ;)... no jk lol.

    And do they still have those mc12?! AMAZING CARS never seen 1 in real life.

    Went by there today... AMAZING!!!! It was awesome! I saw the car thats guna get best in show at cavalinno... AMAZING. 3 scuds. 1 f40 a bunch of other amazing priceless cars. A ferrari with 1 made in the showroom. And i didnt even walk upstairs (whats up there anyway?)

    They didnt exactly look happy to see us there. They didnt let us really look around in the shop (understandably).
