Yeah because people took advantage before and probably caused trouble. Upstairs is just like downstairs but they are personal about the cars because they are customer cars. If anything happens to them because someone was looking at or touching the car, they are responsible so that is why they are strict. Glad you enjoyed the visit though. It is a nice place. Just to see what they put outside during the workday is worth the trip!!
Very understandable. I detail high end cars and thats the same reason why i do not allow friends or family to come and check out the cars unless i am positive they can be trusted... they dont know me so they dont have that luxury of making the decision if i can be trusted.
Seriously? When i was there the guy told me i could only take pics of their cars which were an MC12 and their FXX. He made sure i took pics of nothing else. There are customer cars downstairs too
The only day I was allowed to freely take pics upstairs and downstairs was during one of their open houses. I have stopped by a few other times when they said that I could not take pics. The one day I regret not being able to take pics was the day that they had a Pagani Zonda there. I doubt I will ever get another chance to see one of those. Oh well, the picture will always be burned into my brain
