Its a 98 F355 red/tan spider 6spd, 18,751 miles, looks mint in pics, they are asking $92,900...seems over priced?

yes, imo....it is (esp given the mileage).

assuming a clean car with no storied past, records and up-to-date service history and some added goodies (tubi, challenge grill), i would price it at around 85k.
