Just looked at a Yellow '89 Testarossa at Ferrari of Long Island with 2600 miles. Car is exceptionally clean and they will do a full engine out service. Priced at $89k which is a lot closer to a 512 but its in great shape. Please let me know your thoughts or if you know anything about this TR specifically. You can view it here.

I would love for an 89 TR to be worth 89k but it is just not. My advice is to buy a car with a few more miles and not pay more than 65k. Suggestion #2, never work a service into a deal, you will only be short-changed- trust me Ive been there. If you are to buy a car needing service, find someone you feel comfortable with and have it done on your dime.

I have met the owner. He bought the car and never or hadly ever drove it. I ran in to him from time to time at Captree/OBI but I can't remember his name though. He mentioned he was selling the car almost a year ago through FOLI. He claimed it was mint but I never saw it. If I think of his name I will forward it.
