I would check its car fax and service records. If that checks out then get an independent PPI done. The price of ferraris varies greatly I personally dive a 360 spider as a daily driver and have seen these cars from mid $70s to as high as the low $100s. So my advice would be if it all checks out buy it and don't look back all you will see is the cars you just past.
Likely sell for 120k. I think at 24k miles with some paint work needed, the driver bolster damage, and dash de lamination, its a fair price. *Assuming there is no "other" issues; i.e. accidents, issues with headers, etc. If it actually sells for 110k, and everything checks out other than what I noted, then its a "good" deal. I prefer to pay a fair price and get a car that needs nothing, but thats just me.
