ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CONTACT PREVIOUS OWNER SN 089753

I have a white 1991 348ts that i just purchased and through the Carfax, it looks it was serviced at Ferrari of North Carolina? Last six of the VIN is 089753. There is a custom Valentine 1 installed in the car and it looks like they went through some extensive work to do. The display is on the radio flip cover, the controls are behind the shifter, and the actual unit is mounted inside the compartment that the seatbelts come out of; behind the seats. the audio and visual displays light up and the buttons work, but it wont go off! Not even in front of Walmart! Im hoping its a fuse because they took the guts out of the unit to make it fit in there and there are wires coming out of it every which way..
