You can do a search(top of page) of all posts by his user name and get some info.

I don't recognize the owner's user name (doesn't post here too much), but the car does look great and has had much work done to it.

I don't know the car, but I know the guy who did the seats..Fernando at Presitige. He did my seats and they are awesome. Not sure about the car, but at least you know the seats were redone well:):)

True on all accounts. I will search. Interior is great, exterior is just as clean, shifts smooth, no rattles, and engine runs strong. I just got the fax of service records from original dealership in FL and 2 years worth of records from Allan @ Ferrari OC. Just wanted to see if anyone here happen to be familiar with it. All checks out as well as carfax, so pulling the trigger and can't wait.

    Don't pay $55K!

This car was listed on Ebay recently at $51.5K and did not sell. Try $51K, I'll bet you get it, or maybe less.

I didn't. Paid $51.5 After looking at many 348's this seemed totally reasonable to me for the condition, service history, and great overall shape of the car. A couple things I noticed on the drive to work today. The 'Slow Down 1-4" indicator lite when I first started it this morning and then stayed out after it warmed up. Isn't this an inicator of HOT Cat's? Also, 3rd and 4th gears make a sort of weird noise. Does the area underneath the stick just need to cleaned and lubbed? Other than these, the car is simply magnificent. I know have a 2004 Noble M12 that I own outright that I may need to consider selling beause I don't think I will be driving it as much and it would be a shame for it to sit. Amazing how tight a car from 1990 can be after 18 years.

This forum has been so helpful in getting to the point of now having a Ferrari in the stable.

The slow down light is usually from a bad exhaust ECU, but could be a bad catalytic converter or thermocoupler. Best to get the cats tested. ;) The shift area can be taken greased up. I will recommend that you give Redline MTL gear oil a try when you change the fluid in the gear box. The shifting has improved 100% and the car drives great with it. Glad you are enjoying the car!

Yes, have been searching and reading a lot and am going down to Symbolic this afternoon to have the code read. It hasn't stayed on yet, so it is good that I am catching it early. Looks like in my case the shift linkage may just need adjusted. I am feeling very good about this car.
