Hi folks: Just curious if anyone here knew of any good food/cooking related forums. I am a bit of a an aspiring foodie, and like to cook here and there. A google search pulled up a bunch, but wasn't sure which ones were good. If possible, I'd like to know ones with some good regional information. For instance, I wanted to try cooking crawfish. Apparantly, they are common as sliced bread in the south but kind of hard to find fresh/live here in socal. A forum where I can ask those sorts of questions would be great. Thanks!
have you tried the foodnetwork.com. Not sure about forums but they have an extensive database of recipes that might interest you.
