It's a body mockup prototype for either the 288 GTO or 308 Group B cars, forget which one. It's been discussed here.
Seems to be the 1977 "millechiodi" ("A thousand nails", alluding to the rivets for the wing extensions). Rgds

Those things are terrible, lots of work also for terrible. I like these that their proper race car stuff, for a 308 and aren't styled like the Koenig square flares
