I think it's the only model that works for hubby with all our kiddos... And it's in the right color, too! ZFFJB54A890165548 Image Unavailable, Please Login
Seriously Jennifer I've written down the VIN number of this car and plan to buy it in however many years it takes. This car is absolutely gorgeous inside and out, it is truly perfect. I will miss seeing this car if you do purchase it but I am sure you will enjoy it to it's fullest extent. Good luck, I'll be keeping track of you
Yeah, was wondering why an 09 is there with 38 miles, but pic of odo says 394 miles. Assume typo? I love it, but hubby not so sure. Still looking...
Always the worry! Esp with 4 seater Ferraris, I hear... Guess we probably shouldn't have 2. But it's so beautiful...and 12 cyls...grrrrrrrowlll
Depreciation is only a problem if you plan on selling it anytime soon. If you figure on keeping it 10 or more years, it's not an issue. That's a very nice looking 612. However, that much money, I would strongly consider paying a little more and ordering a new one-- and getting it exactly the way you want.
Jennifer- They made a whole bunch of improvements for the 2008 model year that improved the 612 including 599 dual plate clutch and F1 Superfast system and a Mannetino like your California. This one has the optional ball polished 20" wheels and they even souped up the engine a bit in 2008 and made CCM brakes standard. The 612 has pretty much the same suspension as the 599. Shims are used for adjusting the suspension, a far sturdier system than the eccentrics on my 575M. The one big fly in the ointment is the depreciation. A replacement is coming out next year and that will likely accelerate depreciation. But, like Don said, who cares as long as you hang on to it for several years? This is effectively a new car at a big discount, right DB? The replacement car will probably start at ~$325K. I bought my 575M from Boardwalk and they are a really good group with which to work. Watch the sticker price, lots of options. I bought a 08 612OTO with a sticker of 355K for 270K delivered from dealer in LA. New car with 108 miles. Bought in Sept. of last year so about the same time element as this one. Sold it 4 months later for 240K. Deprecation is a bear short term on these.
Thanks, guys. He's still kicking tires/tyres but getting closer. I'm not sure he wants 2 F Cars so similar, but I sure like that 612! Congrats to all who actually own and get to drive one every day. It's a beaut!
ya, the guy who bought it got it to get into the club.. hardly any miles and very well equipped. I've looked at getting the car myself, but I'm keeping the scud for the time being. I think it's a great car and fits kids and adults alike in the back seat and very comfortable to drive around town.
