Looks good but the overheating thing would be a red flag. One thing that scared me off of QVs was that they all had piles of repair bills for overheating problems. Was I getting the honor of paying the next bill? What damage was done from all these overheatings? Did the head gasket and valve job repair the damage correctly?

I've spent a couple grand getting mine to run in an acceptable temperature range and not overheat in traffic. Pretty decent now actually, no evidence of previous owner damage.

I can take it out in 100F+ and it doesnt go over 210 with A/C on, cools down at stoplights.

It does present nicely. The euro front bumper looks nice. I wonder why they left the swim platform in the back.

It's my friends car. PM me with any questions. The car runs and drives perfectly now. I drove it yesterday in stop and go traffic in 100 degree Texas heat with the A/C on and the temp stayed right in the middle. The reason the car overheated was because the fusebox failed and the fans failed to come on. Apparently the wrong style fan was also installed in the car when the overheating occurred. The mechanic who repaired the car is the best guy in San Antonio. He is a one man show and works on everything from F40's to rebuilding engines on Enzos. He was told to go through the car and fix everything it needed. $16k later that was accomplished.
