    It looks a lot like a hardtop in those pics????

    Definately F1 gearbox, tho.

    Car looks rough, new steering wheel and discolored column and a concern....Just looked and this is for sell by the guy who crashed his Bugatti in the Bay, he buys problem cars fixes them up and sells them. Most are salvage titles but this one appears to be clean, I would avoid this car if you were considering taking a look at it.

    After looking at all the states this car has been in it may have been repaired in a state where they could have washed the title.

    Thanks. There are some other things that make me nervous about the car. The racing steering wheel makes me wonder if it has been tracked. The add says it has had 5 owners. The only maintenance records mentioned are for the last service. If this is an add from the guy to swamped the Bugatti, then I will certainly pass on this car.

    Vintage Motorcars here has a silver/black 6 speed coupe with only 17K miles on it.

    Driver's bolster is scuffed but other than that very clean to my eye...no idea what they want, but it's been there two years.....

    If they keep my 308GTB much longer (3 years to tune up) I'm going to insist on a Loaner!!

    Run don't walk on that one.

    Be patient, there are plenty of nice cars at good prices out there.
