Anyone Know This 355??

I've been looking for a nice 348 Series Speciale, but am not having much luck. Most have had the carbon fiber seats removed or are not in the best of shape. I have therefore, expanded my search to 355s. I ran across this car on Ebay and seem to remember if for sale sometime back, but can't remember the details. I was wondering if anyone knows the car.
