Anyone know this 360 from Plano?

This car was originally titled and spent most of it's life in Plano. Now it's located in the Pacific Northwest. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a complete maintenance history so we're trying to track down who had this car or knows who maintained it. Any and all help is most appreciated.
