Charlie enjoys a good reputation. This car was on consignment there about 9 months ago or so. I went to see it but did not drive it. Did not give it a serious look over because IIRC they were asking $109,000 for it (about $15k above market I thought). Not sure where you are, but I am 20 minutes from the car, and happy to go up there next week and take a good look at it for you and report back.

Thanks. I'm in Raleigh, and rode out that way today, but nobody was there. Not that interested in the car at this point, but I've seen various comments that imported cars can be trouble. Wondering if a car that has been in the States that long would still be seen as a question mark (regarding importation).

I took a look at the car today and happy to share info on it to serious inquirers. If it were a different color I'd take my interest in it to the next level. PM me

I don't know anything about this particular car, but I have two imported Ferraris (an 87 TR and a 98 F355 spider) and have had no issues whatsoever with them with respect to them being imported. Little to no difference in parts and no trouble servicing, insuring or registering. You do need to make sure they have proper paperwork, but if they've already been titled once in the US it's usually a non-issue from then on.

I went up to see this car, reviewed the documents, know who did the last service, etc. If anyone remains interested PM me.

I thought Ferrari really started to raise stink about Grey Market with the 360s......

    Is this car legal??

    I don't mean "titled" I mean "legal".....

Big Tex. I just looked at it for a fellow F-Chatter. I got the story from the owner on the car going to Abu Dhabi, then to U.S. I did not review all of the documents and am not qualified in any event to determine if it is legal or not. A potential buyer should examine all of these issues throughly and obviously not jump unless everything is 100% right.
Your caution should be taken seriously by any prospective buyer of this 360.
    Thanks, keith
