Price I think is a bit high, but they all start high expecting to come down in order to move them. The buyer is in the driver's seat when it comes to getting an F1 car. I like this car except for the rims which might be turning off potential buyers.

The ad says he still has the orig wheels, so I doubt that's the problem.

I think when you get outside of the fchat bubble, these cars just don't sell as quickly as we think they should or at as high a price.

What would be a reasonable price? Don't want to low ball him

Get a PPI done. If no issues then an offer in the mid 60s is very reasonable. I've seen many well sorted f1s sit a long time waiting for an offer in the 70s with way less miles. At 31k, you're rarely going to get close to that ask unless it's a one owner car with all docs from day 1.

Never worry about low balling if you've done your due diligence.

No chance that car goes for mid 60's if it is as advertised. I prefer the manual with the 360 but the F1 is not a bad option. Best case is low 70s.

I'm looking at a euro with about 10k less miles and that one is under 70k and I haven't even started throwing real solid offers on the table or asking for things to be addressed that either need addressing or further discount.

My opinion, if you're up over 30k miles, the pricing will be 65k or less depending on condition.

What year is the euro you are looking at? You can detract from the value for being euro and older. A 2003 will bring decent money even with 30K miles if it is well sorted. Regardless, good luck with your search.

1999. Looks like it was really well cared for and sorted. I get wanting the oldest year but I like the idea of no pre cats on the 99s. Little more oomph in the mid rpm from what I read on the internets.

IMO your pricing is on target for 99 Euro, a 2003 US car will bring more money. 360s will hold their value pretty well, they are about fully depreciated unless thy need a lot of work or have crazy miles.

    Why not?

You presumably looking to make a great deal, not a friend?

I bought my 1999 two years ago 1ith 16k miles on it for $74k Red/Tan F1 optioned out with pretty much everything including records to day 1. I have upgraded the TCU to the very last one made, swapped out the engine and tranny mounts and I feel have the best of all 360 worlds. No Precats, tons of options as it was one of the first 360's made and the latest TCU and mounts, etc that were later upgraded by Ferrari

I was told i was paying too much back then. I now have nearly 23k miles on it. The only thing i have had to fix on the car outside of the normal maintenance was to have the AC compressor rebuilt.

Find the one you truly want - dont compromise on color, options, condition ,etc and just get it. The plus or minus 5-7G's makes no difference in the end. I prefer the 99 and set about finding a red/tan one. I got luck and it only took 4 days LOL. Good luck

The one I'm looking at has the CS TCU along with tube straight pipes and exhaust, plus it has CS rims and racing seats. I will say it's not the first choice I have on color but I'm coming around to it. I just need to have a sit down with my wife and get her on board and I'll look to negotiate a bit harder on things that need addressing like the 11 year old tires on it....
