Haven't seen that one, but I have seen the mondial cab that they have been trying to sell for a year or so. The cab is a real dog. As usual, it looks decent in the pics, but is pretty horrifying in real life.

Given that they are asking less for the coupe, I'd be careful. This is not a car to buy sight unseen, IMO.

Totally disagree.......If you buy some 18" aftermarket rims on ebay, paint the ground effects red and the black part on the trunk red as well and drop it an inch, the coupes look really good. Ill find a pic of the one Im reffering to and post a pic.......One of the best classic looking Ferraris Ive seen, including 328, plus you can actually use the car.

LOL, I'm not saying all Mondial are dogs. Just the particular one being offered by the same seller as that coupe. Like I said above, I haven't seen the coupe, but looked at the cab at that seller a while ago (they are still trying to sell it).

That particular cab is a dog, i.e., very rough, inside and out. horrible paint job on the bumpers, completely worn out TRXs, blown CV joints spewing grease everywhere, very rough interior and carpeting, dirty throughout, questionable supposed service records, etc. Yet, it looks ok in the pictures. (See the ad here: http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/ctd/1458419512.html )

Given they are asking much less for the Coupe, I wonder what condition it is in? Anyways, my point was to use caution, I would not buy this particular car (the coupe) sight unseen.

Is it me or the steering wheel looks like the one you find in a Mondial 8 !?!

As many F Chatters said, buy the best example you can find ... I would triple check this one ...

Which wheels are these, and where can i get them? I will need new wheels for my Mondial 8 and I don't want to buy another set of TRX tires.

What wheel and tire dimensions are used on this car? Backspacing?

    Greetings from Norway.

i inquired about the coupe, here's the response:

"The CarFax shows numerous services but I believe that the last major which would have included the belt was done about 5,000 miles ago in September of 2000. The muffler and catalytic converter were replaced at that time as well."

Man, that car looks modern the way it's set up!!! Great looking Mondial. I like the 3.2 coupes, but there just aren't that many for sale....
